Stove Top: Defrost the pouch. Pour contents into a pot and heat on low until hot. 2 tbsp of water can be added if desired.
Microwave: Place pouch inside the microwave for 5 minutes. Remove, shake and massage gently using oven mitts. Place pouch back flat in microwave for 1-3 minutes. Remove pouch when fully inflated.
Oven: Preheat oven to 150°C. Place the pouch on a tray on middle rack for 35 minutes. Remove pouch, shake & massage using oven mitts. Place pouch back in the oven for 5 more minutes. Remove pouch when fully inflated.
