How can I place an order on “Abela Online”?

You can place an order by:

  1. Log in using your username and password.
  2. Browse the products online and add to cart.
  3. Click on cart then check out and follow the payment instructions

Are your products halal certified?

Yes, all our meat and poultry are halal certified

When I place an order, when does it get delivered?

All orders placed before 1pm will be delivered on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm will be delivered on the following day. You will receive a notification via email confirming your order.

Is there a minimum order and delivery charge?

You get free delivery on orders above AED 100, orders that are below AED 100 will be subject to AED 20 delivery charge.

Where do you deliver to?

We are currently delivering to Dubai & Abu Dhabi only. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following areas in Abu Dhabi: Al Ruwais, Bateen Liwa, Al Marfa, Tarif, Westin Marina Zayed, Al Hamra, Al Sila or Ghiyathi.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver all 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm.

How do I store my food?

All information regarding storage conditions, and shelf life for all products are mentioned clearly on each product page which can be accessed through abelaonline.com.

What if my order is out of stock?

We do our best to avoid this issue, if however, your ordered item is out of stock, we will propose a substitute item or a replacement. If those options don’t suit, we will deduct the product amount from your order and reimburse through the original method of payment. What are the payment methods accepted by “Abela Online”?

“Abela Online” accepts the following payment methods:

  2. Credit Card at door step.

What is your return policy?

Please ensure that you check and confirm your items on delivery and return any unsatisfactory items to the driver at the time of the delivery. Please make sure to raise any delivery or quality concern to the driver at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns later due to potential health and safety issues. For any other concerns, please email us at enquiries@abelaonline.com within 24 hours of delivery.

What if I need to cancel my order?

When you place an order on abelaonline.com - and then if you decide you want to cancel your order, you can reach out to our dedicated WhatsApp number by contacting +971 50 659 2853 or email enquiries@abelaonline.com and let them know you want to cancel your order. You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it on our site. All messages that are received after business hours will be actioned the following day.

I cancelled an order which was made using online payment. When will I get my money back?

The account that you used for payment will get credited with the refund amount in accordance with the issuing financial institution’s credit return policy.

I'd like to purchase a large amount of stock from your store. Is there a limit?

You can shop as many items on our shelves as you required. Any restriction will be clearly communicated on shelf.

How do you ensure the food delivered is safe to consume?

At Abela & Co, we strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. All the food is prepared and cooked in our facilities that are HACCP and ISO 22000:2018 certified. After preparation, food is air sealed in packages and chilled or frozen depending on the product type. Food is then delivered in temperature-controlled Dubai Municipality approved trucks to maintain cold chain.
