Cooking Instructions

Pan Grill: Add a drizzle of cooking oil in a high heated pan. Place the frozen patties and sear on medium heat until your preferred doneness. Adding a dollop of butter on each side will add richness. Rest the patties for few minutes before serving.

Baking: Pre-heat the oven at 180°C or gas mark 4. From frozen place the burger patties on a lined baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes (flip midway through) or until cooked. Product may require more or less time as per individual oven.
