Cooking Instructions
Oven Bake: 180ºC (355ºF) preheated oven, place on oven rack or tray, spaced. Bake from frozen, turning halfway (if no rack is used). Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes until internal hist core of 74ºC. Once cooked allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving/slicing
Air fryer: 170ºC (340ºF), preheated for 3 minutes. Place frozen cordon bleu in basket (don’t overload), keep space between each piece, bake on one side 10-11 minutes, flip and bake on other side 8-11 minutes. Chicken should be golden in color, core temp at 74ºC
Deep fryer: Place oil in deep pan/pot/well, heat until temp reaches 165ºC (330ºF) maximum, once heated, place frozen pieces (avoid overloading) carefully into the oil (or basket if using). Fry for 9-12 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oil, drain on rack or paper towel, core 74ºC. Rest briefly before service/slicing
