Our Large Cheese Tray is intended for 6-7 people. These are perfect if are hosting a gala and want to provide nibbles for each table or if you are gifting trays to lots of folks! You get a little bit of everything: 6 types of cheeses, 2 types of cold cuts, fresh and dried fruit, olives, nuts, jam, honey and crackers.

Ingredients

Cheese: 6 types approx. 925g: Smoked Cheddar, Brie, Truffle Gouda, Gorgonzola Blue, Wensley Dale Cranberry and Shorrocks Bomb.

Cold Cuts: 2 types approx. 200g: Spicy & Plain Turkey Salami (100% Halal).

Condiments: (included in all platters)

Raspberry Jam, Honey, Grilled Olives, Cornichons, Orange Peel (Candied), Fresh Fruits (Grapes & Strawberries), Golden Berries, Dried Fruits (Cranberry, Apricot, Figs and Orange), Nuts (Walnuts & Almonds), Multigrain Crackers and Rosemary.

Some cheeses & ingredients may be substituted with similar types, depending on availability.
