Coconut Milk, Water, Coconut Milk Powder, Thai Red Curry Paste, Lemon Juice, Chicken Stock (Iodized Salt, E621, Onion, Natural Chicken Flavor), Lemon Grass, Tomato Paste, Brown Sugar, Lime Leaves, Fish Sauce (Fish Extract, Water and Salt), Stabilizer: Modified Starch and Black Pepper.

Cooking Instructions

Stovetop: Thaw in chiller overnight. Decant content from pouch/bag into a sauce pan and set the heat on low to medium setting. Stir frequently until the sauce is evenly heated throughout. Hold on simmer until ready for service.

Microwave: Thaw in chiller overnight. Decant content from pouch/bag into a microwavable container. Set microwave power as required and heat for 60 second intervals, stirring between each until sauce is fully heated through. Once hot, serve.
